Green Field Enterprises utilizes its extensive production facilities spread out across Sindh and Punjab provinces of Pakistan to ensure the best quality grain is procured, processed and delivered in a timely manner to its clientele.
Our rice processing and re-processing units in Karachi, Pakistan is complemented with highly equipped modern storage and warehousing facilities spread across an area of 200,000 sq.ft. Utilizing cutting edge processing technology from Buhler (Switzerland) and Lauffer Vision (Germany), we are capable to process 250MT of rice per day.
.Our plants are fully automatic ensuring that rice is untouched by human hands throughout, allowing it to meet international standards. Furthermore, our processing facilities ensure strict quality controls enforced by skilled professionals and inspection agencies. These processing facilities are supported by 3 rice husking units and 2 paddy to pack steaming and parboiling units established across Sindh, allowing economical procurement of rice paddy for further processing near ports.
Supporting our ambitions, 2 flour mills spread across Sindh and Punjab fully-equipped with cleaning, filtering, milling, and packaging capabilities assist us in ensuring superior quality wheat to be traded across domestic markets and occasionally to international consumers.
Stepping into new horizons, we have established a natural sesame seed processing unit in Karachi, Pakistan capable of processing up to 150 MT/hour undergoing sortex and cleaning.
Procurement
The procurement team at Green Field Enterprises is dedicated to establishing robust connections with rice farmers, millers, and brokers in pivotal rice-growing districts of Sindh, Punjab, and international markets. They consistently review rice survey reports from agricultural departments, incorporating these findings into their analyses to uphold a steadfast commitment to quality and an uninterrupted supply chain.
Actively involved in advising rice farmers and millers on advanced pest control and cultivation techniques, the procurement team draws on its extensive experience and expertise to meticulously select the finest rice grains across diverse districts in Pakistan. This approach not only mitigates concerns about unpredictable yield but also ensures a consistent standard of quality, encompassing factors such as moisture content, length, color, and other essential parameters.
